My name is Marcelo Arias and I am the photographer behind Ronan Legacy Imagery.

When I first picked up my parent's old Nikon DSLR, something just clicked. What began as a simple curiosity quickly turned into a deep appreciation for the way photography captures emotion, connection, and meaning in a single frame.

I offer portrait and lifestyle photography throughout Kansas City, focusing on real moments and the people who make them matter. My goal is not only to document milestones but to grow with the families I work with. I want to be there for your first portraits, your family holidays, your graduations, birthdays, and everything in between. Photography is not just about the image, it is about building a relationship you can return to again and again.

Ronan Legacy Imagery is a veteran-owned business, named in honor of the child my wife and I lost to miscarriage. Though we never got to hold Ronan, the experience left a permanent mark on our hearts. This work is my way of carrying that legacy forward by preserving the fleeting, meaningful moments in other families' lives with the same love and reverence I carry for my own.

Becoming a parent changed the way I see the world and reminded me how important it is to preserve the moments that pass too quickly. This work is about more than pictures. It is about legacy. It is about telling stories that deserve to be remembered.
